No, like most pop up canopies, it is only water resistant and not waterproof. We do carry a manufacturer that makes waterproof canopies found here: Vitabri Canopies.

This has a 2 year warranty against defects. We only carry this with the standard grey frame. The package deal comes with a roller bag. You can locate that here.

We saw one of your products at the Outer Banks last week - it looked really nice. We saw it after the wind picked it up and turned it upside down. The action apparently broke the horizontal frame, even though the shelter had four weight bags attached when this happened.

What could have been done differently? Do you make a product designed to protect against this sort of thing?

Answer:

Pop up canopies are not designed to withstand windy conditions. All manufacturers recommend taking them down when the wind rises enough to pose a danger to the canopy.

Yes, you can get this package deal with a green top. Simply select "Green" in the drop-down menu titled "Choose Color" under the pricing information on this page. For a better value, you may want to consider ordering the Caravan 10 x 10 Displayshade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls. With that package deal, you get four sidewalls (the sidewalls will be white, regardless of the top color your choose), a roller bag and a stake kit in addition to the canopy frame and top.
