I live in an area that is very, very dry and sunny. Plus, during the year we'll get winds that gust at 60 mph. How good is the UV protection and how can the tent be tied down?
    By Dawn H. on September 6, 2013

It does have UV protection, and the manufacturer says that they do not have wind ratings but should be fine with those size gusts as long as you have them properly anchored down. They did say to stress that in a storm situation to make sure the doors are closed or the wind could cause them to act like a kite.

By Peter from Lakeside, CA on October 6, 2013
On a scale of 1-10 how difficult is it for one man to set up? Also, what is the approximate set up time for one man?
    By Collin C. on October 7, 2013

In my opinion, this is a 4 or 5 on the difficulty scale for the average person to construct. Assembly time should take no longer than 2 hours.

By Wendy from Essex Jct, VT on January 22, 2016
Do I need to buy one of the set of anchors?
By Kelsey C. - eCanopy Product Specialist on January 25, 2016

This will come with a set of 4 anchors (1 for each corner). Additional anchors can be purchased if needed.

This is the second one we ordered. It works great for storage at home, and we used one for our winter German Christmas Market. Just built a counter at the opening and served our European cuisine to all the market visitors. Instructions are great and after setting up one time it falls together as easy as any type of tent.
Straight forward instructions. Of course, you have to read them more than once, but with any assembly you should read more than one time! Lots of room inside and the price is great!

This is the 2nd one I have put up. The first one lasted 3 years in upper Michigan snow, as a shelter for a ATV and mower. I didn't always get the snow off right away, but it slid off when it warmed up a little. One thing, keep it zipped up to keep the wind from getting under it. Good shelter.
Good shelter, easy to put up, and the price is fair.
I wish it would last longer.

Was Looking for a Shed but that would cost $3000 bucks! No WAY!. So for less than $400 I got a 12x12 shelter tent and after 2 snow storms and lots of rain my Quads are still safe!!! Thanks Shelter Logic!!

This is a great cover that is very easy to put up and at a great price! It passed its first test and handled the snow very well.

I love that this has doors and sides that are easy to roll up and down. I use this for firewood and it is great to be able to open things up to let the wood dry out and then close it up tight when the weather turns. It has a nice size, too, as I can get up to four cords in it.

Item was shipped very quickly. Price was much better than local retailers. Assembly was not too difficult but took much longer than estimated on instructions. The instructions were not always clear but watching the video -- even though it wasn't detailed -- was helpful. This is intended as a shelter for horses (3 minis and a small horse) and it seems to be ok. We wanted to put this in a specific location so the exact size was important. However, the dimensions given don't show how the sides taper in so the sides are less than 12 feet apart about half way up, so we couldn't put it in the location we wanted. Luckily, we had a back-up plan.

This shed was very easy to put up, but I was a little disappointed that the manufacturer seems to have opted for a less durable fabric than earlier sheds I've bought from them.

I really thought a lot about getting a solid wood or metal shed for the side of our house to put our summer equipment in, but ultimately went with this fabric unit. I have not been disappointed at all I am really glad I went with this unit. We put it on concrete, so we'll have to get a vapor barrier for it eventually, which the factory does sell. Even though this is a tarp cover, it is extremely durable and seems to be a very good grade of tarp. I had a small amount of trouble deciphering the instructions, but I'm sure somone else would have no problems in that department.

I was a little worried when we loaded this shed with our belongings and left town for the winter, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything held up great while we were gone. This shed dealt with a harsh winter of snow and ice and held its own nicely! Very much worth the money.

I ordered this product through an on-line store and was very displeased when it showed up in a package that was obviously too small and didn't even have the instructions! On top of that, the product began breaking in places while I was putting it together, before I even used it! I was a little leary about going through the on-line store to get a refund, but they did take care of me without any further problems from them. I am really disappointed this didn't work out with the product, though.
