I note this shade comes with kit/ fittings. But, what about poles? This would be over a pool area and there are not trees, etc. to tie it down. I need ground poles to install. What do you advise?
By Darnarius on April 24, 2017
Answer:We only offer the installation kit and fittings with this option. Most of our customers have trees or poles nearby that they already they use to hang the sail. You may want to check with Coolaroo directly to see if they offer poles.

Does it allow rain to pass through? Does the lighter color still block the sun and Keep things cool?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on August 11, 2014

I am looking to use this (or several of them) to cover a large space that is approximately 30' x 40'. How would these attach to each other or to poles/the building?
By Dawn H. - eCanopy Product Specialist on February 18, 2015
Answer:If you choose the hardware kit, it will consist of (2) x 6 mm hook turnbuckle, (3) x pad eye and (1) x snap hook. This hardware can be used to attach them to poles or the building and you can also attach chain or rope to them if more room is needed.
