This canopy top is not lined. However, only 2% of the sun's UV rays will penetrate the cover's fabric.The Quikshade line of canopies we offer, do have an Aluminex backing which blocks 100% of UV rays.

No, the top is not vented on this canopy. While we do have some 10x10 pop-ups that have a ventilated top, unfortunately we do not offer any 12x12s that do at this time.
