Does this tent come with sidewalls or can they be purchased separately? I am looking for 10x10 tents with sidewalls to use for outdoor art festivals; they need to be sturdy and easy for one person to set up,
By Collin C. on August 21, 2012
Aluminum pop-up style tents, such as this item, are ideal for festivals and fairs. Their light weight makes them very easy to set up and maneuver.
This particular tent does not come standard with sidewalls, but a zippered sidewall set
can be purchased and added to the tent, should you wish to enclose it.

What is the height of the bottom of front eave down to the ground? Do tall folks have to duck to get under it? I am looking for a eave height of at least 7' Do you have leg extenders?
By Tommy H. on February 1, 2013
Answer:This is 6'1" at the lowest setting and 7' at the maximum setting. No leg extenders are made for this.
By Mike from Tacoma WA on February 1, 2013
As your video shows the eave is almost hitting the avg sized man who set up the canopy. Since I am 6'9" tall, this will not be tall enough for me.
By Dawn H. on February 4, 2013
We do have other canopies that has a 7 foot clearance. All of the Caravan Brand
canopies found at this link have a 7 foot clearance. You can use the Narrow Selection feature at the left to check Caravan Canopy and it will show only Caravan Brand canopies.

I have the 8 ft. canopy. I'm just trying it out for first time. It looks like not enough space so now I'm trying to collapse it and it won't budge. Do you have instructions for taking popup down?
By Magan B. on August 6, 2013
Answer:You likely need to release the pull pins. You should see rings at the corners and half way down the legs on the interior. Pull the rings and this will release the tension, and you will be abele to collapse the frame.
