I am looking for a "3-Season" canopy? What would you recommend?

The term "3-season" is generally applied to camping tents and not instant canopies. There are no instant canopies which are intended to be left up for extended periods of time in inclement weather conditions.

I'm debating between the Caravan canopy versus the EZ Up es100s. What are the pros and cons between the two?

The Caravan Displayshade package deal and the EZ Up Canopy package deal are almost identical but the EZ Up Canopy has a detachable name banner if you wish to advertise your products at a Farmers Market or Expo show. The fabric, frame and side walls will be the same.

I'm with a boy scout troop and we are in need of a durable waterproof and wind rated 10x10 pop up canopy with side walls. What would you suggest?

Thank you for your inquiry. The pop up canopies are not waterproof or wind rated. You will need to use your judgement when set up and the weather is bad. Please use the link below to view one of our most popular canopy package deals.Caravan 10 x 10 Displayshade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls

We want a good quality canopy for camping and patio shade. We would like at least a single side wall but don;t plan to use it for craft or trade show. What canopy package deal would you recommend?

While most all of the sidewalls included with the canopy package deals provide the ability to attach one single wall as opposed to all 4, a more lightweight and portable option would be the Caravan Traveler 10 x 10 Canopy Package Deal.

We are looking at the Caravan Classic Commercial canopy and the Aluma Commercial canopy. Which of the two models is better? This will be used for art fairs.

Thank you for your inquiry. Both commercial grade materials are the same durability. The Aluma is lighter weight for transportation purposes. If you plan to use your canopy more than 2-3 times a month, we recommend the commercial line frame but if you plan to use it 1 time a month or every other month, you can go with a lightweight frame like the Displayshade frame.

No, there are no black side walls available for this canopy.

I see that you carry several brands of pop up canopies. What is the strongest, value for the money brand/unit in the 10x10 or 12x12 range (if available)?

To get a strong canopy frame, you will by necessity have to go with a heavier canopy. The strongest canopies we have are the 10 x 10 Caravan Monster, the 10 x 10 Caravan Classic and the 10 x 10 Caravan Aluma.

How are the side walls attached on your EZ up?

They attach using a small strip of Velcro as well as toggle and loop straps. This can be explained better on page three of the Product Manual. Once they are attached, each wall zippers to the other at the edges.

What's the best canopy for tailgating in cold climate New England? I need good quality also need sidewalls to keep out the wind and cold.

We do not have a wind rating on the pop up canopies we sell. The instant canopies or pop up style will need to be taken down if the wind and weather is too rough. You would need to stake down or use weight bags to help with the stability. The Caravan Classic canopy is a commercial grade steel frame and is one of our best sellers. Please use the link below to view this item. The side walls are an accessory item and you can find them under the tab accessories along with the weight bags. The Caravan Craft show canopy frame is a mid grade steel frame. It is not as expensive as the Commercial grade steel or the commercial grade aluminum. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I will be starting a concession booth at a farmers market soon. I will be needing a canopy package that is commonly used for this (picture below). I'm not certain about the dimensions and specifications. I would need it in white with mesh walls on the side.

We recommend the purchase of one of our Caravan brand Canopy Package Deals and the Caravan 10' Mesh Foodwall Pack (Set of 4).

Are the optional sidewalls thicker and more durable than those that come with the commercial grade Caravan Canopy?

The optional sidewalls are thicker and more durable than those that come with the package deals.

I need a canopy that is 10 x 10. Used 10 times a year on the beach and durable enough to handle the winds.

None of the pop-up style canopies are manufactured for high winds. If the winds are going to be light, we would recommend you purchase the Caravan Classic and weight bags.

Jeff R. from OLMSTEAD, OH asked:

I have an ez shade 10x10 frame and am looking to custom make a canopy. Can I send artwork, and if so, what format do you accept? Do you offer a top-vented style? Additionally, are there any discounts for veterans, as I support a festival called VetFest that travels to multiple cities across the nation?

Regarding your inquiry about a custom canopy top for your ez shade 10x10 frame, our custom graphics service is exclusively available for Caravan and Vitabri brand canopy frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a custom top for ez shade frames. For custom artwork, we recommend submitting files in high resolution, ideally 300 DPI, to ensure the best print quality and avoid potential surcharges for artwork recreation. Preferred formats include AI, PSD, and PDF, while PNG and JPG are also supported. We do not offer a vented style. A veteran's discount of 5% is available.

Catherine from Cheyenne, WY asked:

Where is the fire certification located for my tent?

Tents that are CPAI-84 Flame Certified and NFPA-701 Flame Certified compliant will have a sewn patch or tag within the tent top indicating that this is the case. Many models will have a large fabric patch near the corner of the valence, while others have a polyester tag sewn on the underside of the top along one of the seams. Many tents will also ship with a letter of certification. For any questions regarding locating the certification, our customer service department will be happy to assist. They can be reached at 1-800-445-5611.

Tim from Iowa asked:

Could you please provide me with a detailed side by side comparison of these three products, highlighting the differences?- Caravan 10 x 10 Displayshade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls- E-Z UP 10 x 10 Canopy Package With Name Banner + 4 Sidewalls- Caravan 10 x 10 Classic Commercial Grade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls

The only differences between the Caravan 10 x 10 Displayshade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls and the E-Z UP 10 x 10 Canopy Package With Name Banner + 4 Sidewalls are the brand name, and that the E-Z UP includes a clear name banner sleeve into which you may insert a preprinted banner. They both have consumer-grade steel frames and include the same accessories. The Caravan 10 x 10 Classic Commercial Grade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls is identical to the Displayshade package, except that it has a commercial grade steel frame. This is much more durable, but is slightly heavier.
