What are the overall dimensions of the box this is shipped in? I need to know whether I can transport it the first time in my car, or if I need to ship and store where the summer market will be taking place.

While the packaging for shipment depends on the shipping warehouse, these items themselves consist of two 5' poles and one 18" pole with small accompanying brackets used for attachment.

The side rails can go anywhere on the outer leg so yes, you could place them higher. However, keep in mind that the fabric will be short.

No, these siderails are only for use with Caravan Canopy model canopies. Undercover is a different manufacturer and has different specifications.

I have a Caravan Canopy 10' x 15', and had just received (2) 10' Professional Side Rails w/Hardware and (1) 15' Professional SR w/Hardware as accessories. I'm a little confused as to how the assembly of these add -on items go.
Why are there no Instructions? Would you please walk me thru as to setting up these rails?

We apologize for the lack of instruction. Caravan has simply not yet produced an installation guide for these accessories. However, the assembly and attachment of these side rails is very simple. For simplicity, I'll explain installation for the 10' side - both lengths will work the same way, though. First, you'll build your rails. The 10' side will be constructed of two 5' poles and one 18" pole. The 18" pole will have snap buttons on either end and each 5' pole will have a single hole in one end. This shorter pole will serve to join the two 5' poles - the snap buttons will locate in the holes of the 5' poles and keep everything locked together. You'll now install the hook inserts into the ends of your newly built 10' rail. Make sure the hooks are pointing in the same direction. Next, snap both of the side rail buckles around two adjacent canopy legs. Be sure the buckles' are facing each other, are equidistant from the ground and are no higher than 43" from the ground. Next, slide the assembled side rail pole into the sewn sleeve of the side rail fabric. Lastly, using the hook inserts in the ends of the side rail poles, attach the side rail to the buckles on the canopy leg. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any additional questions.

Side Rail for My Canopy
I was confused about how to mount this siding, but you have a very excellent set of instructions to print from your online manual. Everything fit perfectly and we are using this at our Farmer's Market each Thursday. I am proud to be an owner of a Caravan canopy. Thank you.

Great Accessory for Caravan Tents
We have a lot of company events and for many years we used the full side walls, folded in half to try to create "open" booth. Although it worked OK, it didn't hold up or look very professional. These sidewalls with hardware are perfect. I wish the price was lower, I'd order more. There are no directions, but it is extremely easy to figure out. They do not provide any kind of "bag" or storage for the equipment and small pieces, so be ready to have somewhere to store it. Overall, I would really order more of these, if they were a little less expensive.
