Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Mindy
from KS asked:
I am looking at your Awntech Charleston for a door awning. What do you mean by choice of height? I would assume that projection is how far it reaches out from the side of the house.
Thank you for your inquiry. The height will be the measurement that is attached to the wall so you will need to check for any obstructions above the door/window you plan to install over. This Awning, AWT-CH21-8K does have a 2 foot height and 1 foot projection. So you would need to make sure you have enough space to install for a 2 foot height awning.
