Do you have a model with 9 foot side wall?

I apologize, we do not have 9 foot sidewalls.

I need it to fit a 10' x 20' tube frame tent in red. Is this possible?

Please look take a look at our Caravan Aluma 10' X 20' Canopy with Professional Top. This is available in red.

Can we order just the canopy top for a 10' by 20'?

Depending on the particular brand of frame you have, we offer replace tops for Caravan and ShelterLogic Products.

I have a 10' X 20' base with 2" tubing frame. The roof pitch is 5' 9" on each side which equals 11' 6" and the ShelterLogic #11072 is only 10' (5' each side). I understand the ShelterLogic #10072 is 12' 2" (6' 2" each side). So, it doesn't appear that ShelterLogic has a size that will fit my canopy frame. Do you have a canopy replacement tarp that would fit the dimensions of my frame that is of the same or better quality as the ShelterLogic products?

Unfortunately, our canopy tops are model specific and without a manufacturer/model number we cannot guarantee that any of ours can work for you.

We are looking for an EZ-Up 10x20 canopy that has side panels in a maroon/burgundy or white color. Is this possible?

We do not offer ez ups in a 10x20 with the options you are requesting, however, we do have the Caravan Classic 10' X 20' Canopy with Professional Top. The sidewalls are sold separately and are also available in burgundy.

I am looking for a 10'x20' tent that is very durable. I am part of a rowing club that travels frequently and we are constantly throwing away tents because they are not durable enough and the frames bend. What is your recommendation?

We would recommend the 10 x 20 Caravan Classic as it has a commercial grade steel frame. Please keep in mind though that like any pop up type canopy, it is meant as a temporary shelter and should be anchored properly against wind.

I bought a used King Canopy 10 x 20 and it got destroyed by the wind. what should I look for in a wind-resistant canopy?

It depends on what you are anchoring your tent into. Concrete has the highest wind rating than damp dirt. The tent must be kept tight under windy conditions, and you must use good judgement in all conditions. A tent will stand up to brief gusts of wind vs. wind over a period of time. Please use the link below to view one of our 10x20 frame tents that are designed to withstand 70 mph wind (depending on the ground). Premier West Coast 10 X 20 Frame Tent

How much do you charge for adding a name along the front valance and a logo on the back wall?

I will need you to use the link below to complete and submit a custom graphic quote so I can provide you with the cost. I look forward to your reply. Canopy Custom Graphics
