Delivery is curbside to the end of your driveway and does not include inside delivery, unloading, unpacking, setup, or installation. A liftgate service is available for an additional $75 fee at checkout to assist with unloading the crate from the truck. As an online retailer, we do not employ installers and cannot set up the garage for you. It ships as a DIY kit for self-assembly using the provided manufacturer instructions.

If you opt for the floor system, the ground must be prepared to be level. The optional wood floor system provides the structural frame, consisting of 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 12 inches on center. You will need to locally source 3/4-inch plywood or OSB sheathing for the actual flooring material. The required foundation size for this system is 12 feet by 24 feet. Alternatively, you may choose to pour a cement pad as a foundation instead of using the optional wood floor system.
The garage is a DIY kit designed for self-assembly and does not come assembled.
The included roof system consists of 2x4 trusses spaced 24 inches on center and 7/16-inch OSB roof sheathing. Shingles are not included and must be provided by the owner. You can view the installation instructions here: Installation Instructions.
