How hard are they to put up? Can one person do it?

Can this be built right up against the foundation of the house, or does there need to be room behind for installation?

Any base foundation for the shed should be 4" larger than the shed dimensions so this would put you slightly out from being directly against another building.

The "foundation kit" is perhaps better described as a foundation frame. It is a metal framework allowing you to anchor the shed to a concrete pad while providing a structure on which to lay a wooden floor. Please see the instructions for the foundation in the installation manual for more details.

The window comes separately and has to be installed on the panel. The window does not come pre-installed. The Skylight dimensions are 12 Inches x 34 Inches x 2.55 Inches.
