Instruction manual/support line issues
Generally this shed is as advertised. It is fairly roomy and easy to assemble if you pay close attention to the excellent drawings. (There are few words, as is the trend nowadays.) There are a couple of glitches in the manual. Online manual hasn’t kept up with changes, but the manual that came with the shed was accurate. Parts list, however left out any mention of S4 screws. You don’t find out that you need them til page 40 something in the assembly! Since we got no S4 screws, we called the support line. The recording says they are only available on weekdays, but they proved to never be available to us. Half dozen attempts got a recorded line. Three messages were never returned. We used S1 screws for the missing and mysterious S4 and supplemented with similar sheet metal screws from our home workbench. Our distributor eCanopy did a good job of keeping us in the loop on production delays at the plant, caused by Covid 19. Apparently they are still not up to speed in all departments.
Pros
Simple straightforward shed with metal frame and resin panels.

Exactly what I needed
I spent about four months shopping online before I honed in on this shed.
I have a strange space on the side of my house, too narrow for any of the other sheds I was finding, but pretty long. This shed fits perfectly in my space, but still has enough square footage to be worthwhile.
The build/assembly was not as difficult or daunting as it looks. Luckily, I have a tall friend who was up for spending the day helping me out. I would recommend two tall friends, if you have those in your life.
Once assembled, you definitely want to add some flooring options (not included). I went with treated 3/4 inch plywood, cut to the 29 5/8 depth of the shed. The added material on bottom did a lot to firm up the overall structure.
Lawn mover, weed trimmer, blower, bird seed, propane tank, mop bucket, tarp, ladder, and more - are all now OUT of my garage and into this shed, with plenty more room to spare. My garage has never looked better! The extra storage this shed gave me made it well worth the pretty reasonable price.
