Does the tent come standard with the rain fly?

In general, a 3-season tent is built to hold up well in light to moderate weather conditions, meaning they will be comfortable in Spring, Summer and Fall in most any location. A 4-season tent is usually built with more sturdy materials, allowing it to withstand sleet and snow such as you might encounter during the Winter. Most 4-season tents will also cost more that 3-season tents as they have to stand up to the more rigorous weather conditions found in the Winter.

Huge Tent
This tent is huge and really quite nice, but unfortunately the tent that I had purchased possessed some defects that caused me to return it. Even though the box says it can sleep five people, it really can sleep six.

Problems With Door Zippers
If you do not mind having your tent door unzipped all of the time, then this tent is for you! I had purchased a total of six tents to be used for a camping trip, and while they were easy to set up, everything was fine with the exception that two of the six tents had zippers that broke on their first use, making it extremely difficult to get them open. The remaining four felt like the zippers might break at any given moment.

Great Rainfly
Let me say at the outset that I have not really had the opportunity to try out my tent in a camping endeavor. I did have the opportunity to do a trial run and set up the tent in my backyard. The rain fly is excellent in the amount of protection that it offers and both the footprint and small mat are handy surprises that one does not expect to come with the tent. This tent is quite roomy and both the doors and windows are quite useful.
