Actually, I have this tent. There are two doors, they are in opposite corners on the front and on the back. In the photo the screen with the red border is the door. The red border covers over the zipper Having one on both sides is very handy.

I like this tent but want to make sure I can stand up fully and walk around like a small house. I'm 5'9 and my spouse is 6 ft. Will that work?
    1 Answer
The center height is a little over 7 feet so the tent should allow you both plenty of standing room.

    Love it!
I have had this tent for over 5 years and it's is incredibly spacious and durable. I only use it once a year, but it's for a 9 day stretch on a very windy lake. I like the fact that it's very tall and I can walk around without ducking or slouching, I am 5'8". The divider is great because I can use one half as my "mud room" and the other as the bedroom with my cot and accouterments. That is very helpful when the thunderstorms hit!. I would buy this tent again and again, but so far it's held up to all the weather the lake throws at me. Also I can erect it 99% by myself, just need a helper when lifting the center poles.
Prostall durable lots of room easy to put up
ConsOnly one, be careful when zipping the doors, the red zipper cover tends to want to be eaten by your zipper. But easy to avoid.

    Plenty of Room, Great Buy
I definitely spent time deciding on this tent. After looking at multiple different models from several manufacturers, my wife and I decided on the Mt. Barren. One of the big reasons we got this tent was for the size (our family goes camping with two adults, two kids, and two dogs), and in that area it definitely delivers. With all of our stuff and us inside we still had plenty of room. The tent was very sturdy (we have used it five different times), and that is including a trip we took with winds up to 50 mph. Obviously, since the tent is so large, finding an area with a big enough level space is difficult, but plan ahead and it should be fine. Make sure that you set it up once before going camping (I also recommend labeling all the parts since the directions are a bit unclear) and it should be fairly easy to set up with a couple of people. Definitely a good buy.

    Great Deal
The tent seems really great overall. I have only had one issue so far and that happened the first time that I set the tent up. It seems that one of the poles might have been damaged when they were first being shipped, but the manufacturer replaced them promptly. The poles are very sturdy (more so than my experience with other tents) and so I think that the weight of the tent might have put to much force on an existing crack. With a proper light we were able to illuminate half of the tent, but it would be nice if they designed the tent with more places to hang things on inside. The great price and ample space that this tent provides would definitely convince me to recommend to other people.

    Huge Tent, Good Quality
If you're looking for a huge tent that's decent quality and at a good price, I would recommend this tent to you. Some people might see the size as a negative, but since we camp with our kids, friends, and sometimes our pets, we need one this size. Make sure when you're planning your trip that you have access to a large, flat campsite or this won't work well for you. It measures over 200 square feet inside. I would also say that you should practice setting it up a couple of times before you go because the directions aren't as helpful as they could be. We ended up labeling the poles, and that helped a lot. We've survived some pretty wild weather in this tent--wind and rain and cold nights--and have crammed it with people and sleeping bags and air mattresses, and we've never been disappointed with it. Good quality construction. So I would say that if you're looking for a very large tent that's good quality at a good price, you won't be disappointed.

    Works Great
If I had one thing to say about this tent it would be go for it. It is a great tent for a great price. Plenty of room for whatever you need to put inside, even if you use cots when camping like we do. If you camp in a place with a lot of insects, this tent has plenty of room inside to still enjoy camping. There is a divider in the middle that can be zipped up or put down, and it was nice to unzip and all enjoy time together. Make sure that you set it up once or twice before you actually go camping because it will be easier to set up once you know what you are doing. (Also, after a few tries we figured out that the longest pole should be above the other poles when it is time to raise the tent. The directions can be kind of vague in a couple of places.)

    Great Family Tent
I generally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I wanted other tent buyers to know that this is a great product! We love that it fits our whole family of six, but give us privacy when we need it with a divider between the rooms that are located on each side. The kids stay on their side and we stay on ours. Part of camping is being in the great outdoors, so I love the mesh ceiling that lets me see the stars twinkling at night. We had previously bought a tent that was a pain to set up and the fabric tore easily, but this fabric is holding up the way you would expect it to. Now we are happy campers!

Great for Families, Built to Last
I would definitely have to give this tent top marks. We have many people in our family (five of whom are adults) and wanted a tent that could easily fit all of us and had enough room to stand. All of the rooms in the tent are spacious (an air mattress can be put in each room) and ventilation is great for those warm, muggy nights. The materials the tent uses feel very strong and the poles are stronger than any tent we have had before (they connect the poles using metal, not plastic). The seams and bottom seem waterproof, but I haven't been able to test them under very heavy rain yet. After putting the tent together in our backyard before going camping, we were able to set it up with two people in under 20 minutes easily. The only issue with construction would be some plastic buckles that they use to hold a couple of things together. One broke while we were building it, but it wasn't even enough of an issue to affect my positive opinion of this tent.

    Don't Listen to the Naysayers
I will have to disagree with the negative reviewers on this tent and say that some of them don't know enough about tents. First of all, the tent is huge (you won't take it backpacking, but that isn't what it is for) and you will never want for space. It will comfortably fit 6 people including sleeping on air mattresses. The tent was easy to set up (although practice before you go out) and it is very solid once everything is assembled. I could easily see this tent standing in high winds. There were maybe one or two places that needed to be sealed to make the tent waterproof, but on a tent this size that is tremendously impressive. Even in an ice-storm the tent stayed completely dry while it was melting. The tent is made for three seasons (however, I think it performed admirably when I used it all four), and will definitely fit a family. Strong, and will fit easily in the bag that it comes with (a rare quality in tents).

    Not Worth the Buy
So, after writing a positive review for this tent after taking it out one time, I would now have to come back and say that I am not pleased with the quality of this tent. The first time I went camping with it it held up fine. On the second trip I found out that one of my poles had split and I had to battle with the manufacturer to get the pole replaced (it took over two months to get it sent). Once they did send it I was charged the shipping cost after they explicitly told me that I would not be charged. My credit card company eventually had to get them to refund the charge because they never did. Many of the small plastic pieces on the tent broke fairly quickly, and the zippers jam on the material constantly. I can't in good conscience recommend this tent to anyone else, definitely not worth the buy.

    Spacious Tent
I would recommend this tent to anyone! It is super spacious, easy to assemble, and provides loads of fun for the whole family. Also, the vents in this tent create great circulation and double as "secret windows" for the kids.

Holds Up Well, Exactly What We Needed
With four kids from seven years to 20 months, we needed a tent with plenty of space. Not only did this tent deliver the room we needed, but it is very durable. We were able to get our air mattresses in the tent, as well as all of our bags, with room to spare. The bag that the tent comes in has plenty of extra space to make repacking the tent easy, and we even managed to put our dog's little tent in the bag with it. We have used it once or twice and it has held up fine. So far we have not had any problems with this tent, and plan to get plenty of use out of it!

    Very Pleased Purchaser
This product was so great that I had to write a review. This tent is pretty spacious, stable, and sturdy. It is also easy to set up, the poles don't bend, and the whole thing seems to be water resistant. I would definitely recommend this tent to anyone.

    Roomy Storage Bag a Plus!
This tent fit the six of us and all our gear comfortably for the weekend campout we did for the Memorial Day holiday. And that is not easy to do with the oldest child at seven and going down to 20 months. We had to fit a queen air mattress, two twins and a full size mattress. Since we plan for lots of extra changes of clothes for the kids, we had four bags of clothes and a diaper bag. But we were all comfortable and the tent withstood all the heavy use. If you have ever struggled with putting the tent back in the storage bag, you will be pleased with this one. We were able to fit another small tent that we use for our dog in the bag along with the family tent!

    Our Family Loves This Tent
After doing quite a bit of research I decided to purchase this tent to accommodate our large family. I like the durable tent poles and construction. There are some plastic buckles that are easy to break, but they don't greatly affect the function or strength of the tent. We used duct tape in place of the buckle we broke. I was able to set up the tent with some help from my ten-year-old grandson. It is very easy to set up if you follow the order given in the instructions. The rainfly functions well and allows some light through. I like that the tent poles and connectors are made of metal and fiberglass rather than plastic and that the tent is very roomy. It is really nice to be able to adjust the number of rooms from two to four with the removable dividers. When packed up with the poles, the tent is quite heavy so I usually carry the poles separately.
