The 10 ft. x 10 ft. canopy gives you 100 square feet of floor space for friends, family, and outdoor gear. The canopy top is made of tough, fire-retardant 190T denier polyester to make sure you have a worry-free afternoon. Is this tent somewhat insulated so that it is cooler in the sun than a normal tailgate tent? I saw a 10 X 20 the other day and it was definitely cooler than a normal tent. Thank you.

This particular canopy is not insulated. We do not offer insulated pop up canopies, but we do offer UV treated and mist cooling canopies.

Our church group would like to setup a booth at the local fair and have a canopy for sun protection. I notice on different models a 300 commercial grade top but this model is only 190. We don't need the sides as other models come, so what are your recommendations? Also we would like to anchor the poles, do they have metal or plastic bases? It gets a little windy here at times.

This canopy would be ideal for temporary shade usage. Typically, the thickness of the top only effects the water resistance and does not really impact the functionality of the canopy itself. Pop-up style canopies such as this are vulnerable to damage from wind gusts, and the less heavy your top is, the less likely it is that your frame will sustain damage from these gusts. The feet will have plastic bases, but as long as the canopy is securely anchored with ropes or weights on the legs the frame should be okay. This is provided that the winds do not gust too heavily, as no pop-up style canopy can withstand heavy gusts.

We would suggest you purchase a more robust canopy such as the Caravan Classic or the Caravan Aluma.

The 7' clearance is usually the highest in the industry. We do have one canopy that has a 7'2" clearance, the Caravan Monster.

There is a 3-year limited manufacturers warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage by misuse or normal wear and tear.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
Great structure but kind of flimsy
Without pulling all 4 corners out at the same time the tent would break. it is sturdy and nice. but that seems to be the only problem... i would recommend this item to anyone or even this website. i hope this review was somewhat helpful to anybody.
