Can this Screen House be left up throughout the Warmer Months? We've purchased cheaper Tents previously, and they were degraded via Sun Exposure to the point they ROTTED and CRUMBLED by the first part of Autumn.

This can be left up but as it is not meant to be a permanent structure there may be some degradation of parts in intense weather conditions.

Is this canopy roof leak proof? I would be using for camping and can encounter rain while there.

These are not waterproof. Most canopies are primarily for shade. The only screen house we sell with a waterproof top is located here.
