The Little Cottage Co. 10 x 12 Classic Workshop Shed Precut Kit offers a charming and practical solution for your outdoor needs. This smartly designed shed, built in the USA, comes with everything you need to put it together, with all the lumber already cut to the right size and angle. It boasts durable 7/16" LP Smartside siding and trim, plus sturdy 16" on center wall studs for a solid build. You'll love the attractive set of double doors, complete with a locking handle for security. Two lovely 18x22 windows bring in natural light, and they even come with screens and shutters. This shed is a fantastic spot for your tools, extra storage, or even a cozy place to pot your plants, providing ample room with its unique layout.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
