You'll appreciate the careful construction with things like 16-inch on-center wall studs and architecturally correct 4-inch on-center grooves for that authentic look. It comes with everything you need to build it, including pre-cut lumber ready for assembly. Plus, you get charming touches like two flower boxes, two elaborate Colonial louvers, and Colonial doors with heavy-duty hinges. The windows are pretty neat too, featuring screens, shutters, and working 30x36 sizes. This structure is fantastic for storing items, serving as a pool house, a cozy retreat, or a dedicated potting shed. Its locking door handle keeps your belongings secure, and the high-quality siding and trim are built to last, all proudly made in the USA.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
