This Little Cottage Co. 10 x 16 Classic Gambrel Barn with 6 Foot Sidewall Precut Kit offers a fantastic way to get a sturdy and attractive barn structure built. Everything you need to put this barn together comes right in the box, with all the lumber cut precisely for the right length and angle. The walls go up with studs spaced 16 inches apart, and the roof gets strong 7/16 inch OSB sheeting, all protected by 7/16 inch LP Smartside. You'll also love the cool, architecturally accurate grooves that are spaced 4 inches apart, giving it a really polished look. It's a great choice for storing tools, keeping outdoor gear safe, or even setting up a little gardening spot. Just remember, the floor is an extra if you need it, but this kit gives you a solid start for a useful and good-looking addition to your property.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
