This handy kit, built right here in the USA, boasts sturdy 7/16" LP Smartside and 16" on center wall studs for real durability. You'll love the neat design that offers tons of space, whether you're stashing garden tools, setting up a craft corner, or just need extra outdoor storage. It comes with everything you need to put it together, including cool double doors with a locking handle and two charming 18x22 windows that let in nice light. The lumber is all pre-cut, making assembly a breeze. This classic workshop is a smart choice for keeping your things organized and protected.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
