The Little Cottage Co. 10 x 18 Classic Gable Storage Shed Precut Kit is a fantastic way to add useful space to your yard. This kit comes with everything you need to build a solid and attractive storage solution. You'll find the siding and trim are high quality and primed, just waiting for your personal touch with paint. Builders will appreciate the 24" on center wall studs and 8" on center grooves, making assembly straightforward. The roof sheeting is 7/16" OSB, and the kit includes lumber pre-cut to the precise lengths and angles required. It even has gable vents to keep things airy. Plus, the locking door handle offers good security for your stored items. This storage shed is built in the USA and is guaranteed to spruce up your backyard.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
