The Little Cottage Co. 10 x 18 Star Barn Panelized Kit brings a touch of charming, grand style to your yard. This kit boasts impressive quality and a fantastic cupola topped with a steeple, really making it stand out. You'll notice the wonderful attention put into the star design and the trim work, adding a unique flair. It even comes with pretty Colonial hinges for the front door and two functional 30-inch by 36-inch windows that include screens, letting in nice breezes. Drawing inspiration from the well-known Star Barn in Lancaster, PA, this kit makes building a breeze with its fully framed and sheeted walls.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
