This sturdy kit comes with everything you need to put together a great outdoor space. It features strong 7/16" LP Smartside siding and 7/16" OSB roof sheeting, plus 16" on center wall studs for a really solid build. Everything is conveniently pre-cut to the precise lengths and angles required, making assembly a breeze. You'll appreciate the classic look with architecturally correct 4" on center grooves that give it that authentic barn feel. This versatile structure is just right for keeping your tools organized, storing outdoor gear, or creating a sunny spot for your plants. While a shed floor is a handy optional extra, this kit provides the core structure for a durable and attractive outbuilding.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
