The Little Cottage Co. 12 x 12 Foot Value Workshop Shed with Floor - Precut Kit gives you a fantastic spot to keep all your gear organized. This cool structure offers plenty of room for your gardening tools, bikes, and anything else you need to store. It comes with a sturdy floor kit already included, and the LP SmartSide siding looks great and holds up well against nature's challenges, resisting rot and bugs. Building it is a breeze because all the pieces are cut and marked, and it even has pre-assembled double doors with a simple latch. You can even jazz it up later with your favorite paint and shingles to make it truly your own. It's built tough with strong 2x4 framing and has a classic roof that can handle whatever the weather throws at it.

Please Note: This is the workshop and floor kit only. No finishing materials are included.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
