Here's a great little structure for your backyard needs. The Little Cottage Co. 12 x 14 Classic Gambrel Barn with 6 Foot Sidewall Precut Kit makes setting up handy outdoor space a breeze. This kit comes with everything you need to get it built, from the sturdy 7/16" LP Smartside siding to the solid 7/16" OSB roof sheeting. They've designed it with 16" on center wall studs for good strength and included lumber that's already cut precisely for the perfect fit. You'll notice the cool, authentic look with its 4" on center grooves, adding a nice touch. This versatile barn is totally awesome for keeping your tools organized, stashing seasonal items, or even creating a charming spot for your gardening projects. Just remember, the floor is an extra purchase if you want it.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
