The Little Cottage Co. 12 x 14 Classic Workshop Shed Precut Kit gives you a super handy place to keep all your gear organized. This cool kit is built tough right here in the USA, featuring awesome 7/16" LP Smartside siding and 16" on center wall studs for solid construction. You'll love the neat double doors with a locking handle, making it easy to get in and out while keeping things secure. Plus, two windows let in nice natural light, and they even come with screens and shutters. Everything you need is already pre-cut, so putting this attractive workshop shed together is a breeze. It's a great spot for your gardening tools, extra storage, or even a cozy place to get creative with your projects.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.

Regarding the shed sizes you're looking for:
For a 14x12 shed, we have the Little Cottage Co. 12 x 14 Classic Workshop Shed Precut Kit and the Little Cottage Co. 12 x 14 Foot Value Workshop Shed - Precut Kit.
For a 15x18 shed, the closest size we offer is the Little Cottage Co. 14 x 18 Classic Large Barn Precut Kit.
Our sheds, including these Little Cottage Co. models, do not come with cement floors. The shed floor is typically available as an optional accessory or is not included with the kit. If you opt for a floor kit, it provides the structural frame only and does not include the actual flooring material; you would need to source flooring materials like plywood or OSB sheathing locally.
For a cement floor, you would need to prepare a field-prepped foundation or use a foundation kit as a form to pour concrete directly over it.
We do not offer customized sizes or installation services.
