The Little Cottage Co. 12 x 18 Colonial Williamsburg Storage Shed Precut Kit brings a charming piece of history right to your backyard. You'll love the neat details like the two fancy louvers and the substantial Colonial doors, complete with heavy-duty hinges that look just right. Building this gem is a breeze because all the walls come fully framed and sheeted, and the siding is made from tough 7/16" Smartside wood-composite that holds up well. It's a wonderful spot for stashing your gardening tools, pursuing your crafts, or simply unwinding in your own peaceful space. Just keep in mind that while the shed boasts a secure locking door handle, the floor is an optional add-on, not part of the standard kit.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
