Little Cottage Co. 12 x 24 Classic Gambrel Barn with 6 Foot Sidewall Precut Kit brings you a fantastic building solution crafted right here in the USA. This kit provides all the sturdy materials you'll need to put together a charming and useful structure. You'll be working with strong 7/16" LP Smartside siding and 7/16" OSB roof sheeting, with wall studs spaced conveniently 16" apart to ensure a solid build. The design features architecturally pleasing grooves, spaced 4" apart, giving it a really neat look. All the lumber comes pre-cut to the precise lengths and angles required, making your assembly process smooth and straightforward. This versatile barn is just right for storing your tools, keeping outdoor gear safe, or setting up a dedicated potting area for your plants. While a floor isn't included, it's readily available as an optional add-on to complete your project.

Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.

Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
