This thoughtfully designed structure, crafted in the USA, comes with everything you need to build it, with all the lumber pre-cut for you. You'll love the sturdy 7/16" LP Smartside siding and the 7/16" OSB roof sheeting, ensuring a durable build. It sports a cool set of double doors with a locking handle for easy access and security, plus two windows that bring in nice natural light. The unique design gives you plenty of room inside, perfect for keeping your tools tidy, storing outdoor gear, or even setting up a cozy potting area. This kit is a straightforward project that results in a great-looking and functional addition to your property.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
