This kit, made with care right here in the USA, comes with some neat features like two fancy louvers and a door handle that locks up tight. You'll also get a set of classic Colonial doors and notice how much care went into all the little details, including hefty Colonial hinges. It's a super versatile spot, perfect for stashing your gardening gear, keeping your craft supplies organized, or just finding a quiet place to unwind. Building it is a breeze because all the walls are already framed and sheeted, saving you a bunch of fuss. Plus, it boasts top-notch 7/16" Smartside wood-composite siding and trim for a good-looking finish. Just keep in mind that a floor for the shed isn't included but can be picked up as an extra.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
