The Little Cottage Co. 16 x 18 Classic Large Barn Precut Kit makes building your own charming backyard structure a breeze. All the lumber is conveniently pre-cut to the precise lengths and angles you'll need, saving you tons of time and effort. This kit comes with everything required to put it all together, and the 7/16 inch Smartside wood-composite siding and trim is already primed, so you can get it painted just the way you like it right away. The sturdy 16 inch on-center wall studs provide a solid foundation for your new space. You can even add a shed floor if you need one, though it's sold separately. This thoughtfully designed kit, made right here in the USA, helps you easily create a beautiful and functional addition to your property.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
