The Little Cottage Co. 16 x 28 Classic Large Barn Precut Kit gives you a fantastic start to building your own beautiful barn. This kit, proudly made in the USA, comes with everything you'll need to put together a sturdy structure. You'll find that the lumber is already cut precisely for you, saving you heaps of time and effort. The strong 7/16" Smartside wood-composite siding and trim look great and are primed, so you can get them painted to match your style right away. With 16" on center wall studs, this barn is built solid. You'll have a wonderful time assembling this kit, and a spacious shed floor can be added on if you wish.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
