Everything you need to get this sturdy structure up and looking sharp is right in the box, all made with care here in the USA. The wall studs are spaced just right at 16 inches on center, and the awesome Smartside siding and trim comes ready for you to paint whatever color you fancy. Plus, all the lumber is already cut to the perfect size and angle, saving you tons of time and effort. You'll be putting up your new shed in no time, ready to store your gear or just enjoy your expanded space.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.

Is everything needed included in the kit, or do I need to purchase the wood separately?
This precut kit includes all the lumber and materials necessary to assemble the barn structure itself. The lumber is pre-cut to the exact dimensions and angles required, so no additional wood purchases are needed for the structure. The exterior siding comes primed and ready for you to paint. Please note that the shed floor is an optional accessory and is not included by default. According to the manufacturer's site preparation guide, the customer is responsible for preparing or providing foundation and floor materials, such as crushed stone or OSB/plywood flooring.
