The Little Cottage Co. 8 x 10 Colonial Pinehurst Storage Shed Precut Kit makes building your dream backyard space a cinch. This neat package delivers everything you need to get started, with lumber precisely cut for all the parts. You'll love the nice, wide trim and charming colonial hinges and louvers that give it a really classic look. Plus, it's built tough right here in America with sturdy 7/16" Smartside siding and OSB roof sheeting, all put together with strong 16" on center wall studs. It's super handy for stashing your gardening gear, keeping craft supplies tidy, or just finding a peaceful spot to unwind.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
