The Little Cottage Co. 8 x 12 Classic Gambrel Barn with 6 Foot Sidewall Precut Kit is a fantastic way to get a sturdy and stylish structure built. This kit makes building a breeze because all the lumber is already cut to the precise lengths and angles you need. You'll be working with quality materials like 7/16" LP Smartside siding and 7/16" OSB roof sheeting, with wall studs placed 16" on center for great support. Plus, the barn boasts architecturally correct 4" on center grooves, giving it a really neat look. It's super versatile, working great as a place for your tools, extra outdoor storage, or even a dedicated potting shed. Everything you need to put it all together is included in the box, making assembly straightforward.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
