The Little Cottage Co. 8 x 12 Classic Gable Storage Shed Precut Kit makes building your own charming outdoor space super easy. This handy kit comes with everything you need, all made right here in the USA. You'll love the neat overhang and the tough 7/16" LP Smartside and OSB roof sheeting that keep everything protected. Building is a breeze with wall studs spaced 16" apart and fully framed, sheeted walls ready to go. Its classic look, complete with architecturally pleasing 4" on center grooves, works great as a spot for your tools, extra storage, or even a sunny place to pot your plants. Just imagine how useful this shed will be for your home!
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.
