The Little Cottage Co. 8 x 12 Colonial Pinehurst Storage Shed Precut Kit makes building a charming backyard space a total breeze. You'll get all the pieces you need, all cut precisely to fit, so you can get to building without a fuss. It boasts handsome wider trim and cool colonial hinges and louvers that give it a really classic look. Plus, the tough 7/16" Smartside siding and OSB roof sheeting mean it's built to last. This handy shed is perfect for stowing away your gardening gear, setting up a crafting corner, or just finding a quiet spot to unwind. It's proudly made right here in the USA, bringing a touch of timeless style and practical storage to your home.
Please Note:
Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Optional accessories shown in the photos (cupolas, weather vanes, window/flower boxes, shutters) are not included and are sold separately. Roofing shingles are also not included — they are locally sourced.
