How deep is the bottom well piece?
The bottom well section of the Outsunny 26 Inch Hexagonal Wooden Wishing Well Planter with Galvanized Canopy is 12.6 inches deep from the top rim. The hexagonal box itself measures 26 inches wide by 22.4 inches front to back, with a usable planting area inside of 22.8 inches wide by 20.1 inches front to back. Since the planter has an open bottom, the roots can grow directly into the ground, making the effective planting depth 15.4 inches. The planter has a capacity of 30 gallons.
