This also is a great opportunity to change you color and style of your awning. The replacement top includes a six inch valance. The fabric is made out of the extremely durable Sunsational Select awning fabric. This fabric is naturally resistant to mold and mildew. It is resistant to UV rays and fading. The fabric will clean easily with soap and water.

Good Quality, Good Material
Purchased as a replacement awning cover. Correct fit except that the cover sides were about an inch shorter than the original (not sure why as this was supposed to be an exact replacement) Anyhow, not a huge issue as I just had to move the the lower arm bracket connectors up.

1. Not an exact fit to my orignal purchase (despite bing the same brand and type).

Good product. Helps with the heat in summer.
We are on our second awning. The first one lasted 6 years in Portland, OR. We only put it up from May-Sept, but it can still get windy here and in does still rain a lot of that time. The only thing that even broke on it was the pocket for the pole along the bottom. We were able to still get another year out of it. Anyway, it helps a LOT with the sun that bakes on our upstairs south facing bedroom. We would recommend this product.
