What is the estimated life span of the canopy material?

There isn't a specific time that has been given to the material. The manufacturer suggest several things that you can do to ensure a long life for your canopy. Per the manufacturer: "a tight cover ensures longer life and performance. Always maintain a tight cover. Loose fabric can accelerate deterioration of cover fabric. Immediately remove any accumulated snow or ice from the roof structure with a
broom, mop or other soft-sided instrument. Use extreme caution when removing snow from cover- always remove from outside the structure. DO NOT use hard-edged tools or instruments like rakes or shovels to remove snow. This could result in punctures to the cover. DO NOT use bleach or harsh abrasive products to clean the fabric cover. Cover is easily cleaned with mild soap and water."

Could you please define "Harsh weather"? I live in Northern NY. We get a significant amount of snow, extreme cold, and high winds. Will this structure hold up in these conditions? How much snow weight can the structure handle before damage occurs? Can you please provide more information about the anchoring system(s)? The winds here can be extremely high/ strong and I'd want to know that the structure can be very secure. How durable is the cover in extreme cold? Will it shred / crack if bumped in subzero temperatures? Are their door(s) for this structure or is it a single door (front only)?

This particular tent is designed to withstand up to 70 mph wind gusts, if anchored properly. The auger anchors that are provided can be twisted up to 15 inches into the ground and should be cabled as tightly as possible to the frame to keep the tent from lifting in very high winds. The item does indeed have zipped doors front and rear.
My main concern is with the snow load in your area. Even though this version is cheaper, I do not feel that it will stand up long term to the snow load and extreme cold. The top will likely only last 2 to 3 years before needing replacement.

Must know information
This canopy is a replacement for two, cheap, 10 x 20 typical car canopys I had lashed together destroyed by hurricane Irma.
The structural material is durable. Every part needed was delivered. Relatively easy to assemble. Called for 3 people, I did it without any help. Size is more than ample for my needed.
The 2" structural truss steel was problematic. Experience in working with steel helped because Every single joint had to be prepared using grinding tools. Do not attempt to begin without prefitting each joint using a 1 1/2 grinding wheel. The milling on the INSIDE of the joints will not fit together smoothly with out doing this. See photos. The canopy material is too lightweight and I don't forsee a long life span. For cost I expected a heavier canvas material.
