This Beauty Mark Dallas Retro Window Awning has a retro feel but uses modern technology to enhance your space. The material is not only beautiful but durable. It is UV resistant; therefore, the color will remain bright summer after summer. It is water resistant and will remain intact through all the wind and rain the seasons drop on it. The aluminum base and simple brackets to install the awning create a strong base that does not require your entire day to install. The awning material is anti-microbial and 100% woven acrylic. Please Note: All single color awnings come with white trim. Multi-color awnings come with trim of lightest color combination.

Yes, the "6 foot" in the awning's name refers to its width class. According to the manufacturer's specifications, a size 6 awning measures 76.5 inches wide. The projection (how far the awning extends from the wall, determining how far it covers your front door) depends on the height and projection option selected. Options include: 16" Height x 30" Projection, 18" Height x 36" Projection, 24" Height x 36" Projection, 24" Height x 42" Projection, or 24" Height x 48" Projection. If you go with a straight black valance it will not have a white trim. It will be solid black.

Fabulous Awning!
I can't say enough good about my awning. It's exactly what I wanted, and was such a great price. Everything shipped quickly. The only negative I can add is that screws to mount the awning to the wall were not included in the kit, and not sure why they would leave those out. Other than that, the frame was easy to put together, and the awning itself was very easy to install. It looks awesome.
