Built tough with a SecureTruss system and quality Eurowood, this garage is made to last and has a flexible kit design so you can pick out the flooring, windows, doors, and roofing that you really dig.

Hi, I'm looking for a 12 x 18 garage with 8-foot doors, board and batten siding, no floor, suitable for a concrete pad, and primed. How are the building components shipped in terms of largest and heaviest pieces, or pallets? What would be the quote with these specific modifications?
We do not offer a 12 x 18 size in the Makers Loft line. The available sizes are the Best Barns 12 x 16 Foot Makers Loft Wooden Garage and the Best Barns 12 x 20 Foot Makers Loft Wooden Garage. These kits ship in the manufacturer's standard configuration, so custom layouts or modifications like specific door heights are not possible. The floor is an optional add-on, so the building can indeed be ordered without it and can be built on a concrete pad. We apologize for any inconvenience.
