What material are the joints? I suppose firm anchoring is key to keep it from getting flipped over by wind? How well does it survive getting flipped inside out and upside down by wind?
1 Answer
The joints are made of a hard plastic. It is recommend that this unit is anchored down with weights to prevent wind damage. The Aluma is not wind rated, therefore it would be difficult to gauge the amount of wind it can take.

We bought this replacement top 2 years ago and at that time you were still making it with 3 peaks in the top (same model #). We are needing to know exactly where the flame resistant label is inside our tent as it's packed away in the car and a lot of work just to get it out and set up to find the label before we get to the show where we are going to have to prove it has a label. Can you tell us exactly where this label is inside the tent?
1 Answer
The label should be located in the inside on the valance portion of the top.

Easy-peasy. But it does take at least two persons; better if you have four. With four, each person grabs a corner post and pull open the aluminum frame; initially open it to about two-thirds of capacity. At this time, put the canopy cover over the top,, without tying it down, before extending the frame to it's full capacity. Now take each post and raise it to a height where you can get under the canopy to tie it down. Use the ties and the velco straps provided just for the corners. Once you have the canopy secured, raise the six posts to the desired final height. You should always secure it to the ground preferably with stakes, stakes with cords, or strapped down with water barrels. This is a must, because a twenty mile an hour gust can lift your tent up and mangle your posts. We have owned numerous 10' x 20' tents and they are very durable, much more so than comparable tents with steel posts. If maintained it should last years. One final recommendation: if you want to leave the tent up overnight or for a period where it is unattended, take off the canopy. That way should a storm come up, overnight it won't blow away.

I need a 10 foot x 20 foot waterproof tent with zippered side for my booth at a street fair. I also have a logo that I would like to be printed onto this tent. What would you suggest?
1 Answer
The only actually water proof canopy we have is the
Vitabri canopy. The walls can be found on the accessories tab.
However, if this is out of your price range, the canopy you linked to is an excellent canopy but is water resistant like most canopies rather than water proof.

Looking for a blue 10x20 canopy with white text on it that would read CURTIS SCHOOL on both sides. How much would it cost to add "CURTIS SCHOOL" on the canopy in white letters?
Also, we would need it by May 23rd.
Can you email me if its possible to have it delivered by that date?
1 Answer
It usually takes two weeks from the time the paperwork is signed to get the canopy. We would also need to know what accessories you need and where you want the printing such as on the peak or the valance. Please fill out the quote request form at the link below and make sure you put in the comment section when you need the tent:
