The Teacup Playhouse Panelized Kit with Floor will give the little homeowner a fantastic place to play and get away from the day to day. The Teacup Playhouse features a child-sized dutch door, one working window with a screen, and a non-working rounded window for extra light. Panelized wall sections will save you building time, allowing you to quickly get your child's new playhouse into use. You will need shingles, a drip edge, and paint to complete the build of the Teacup Playhouse.
Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
