If you're getting a big tent for business or pleasure, there's no reason to skimp on quality. The Mystique 20' x 40' High Peak Tension Tent features a heavy-duty "Block Out" top, galvanized steel poles, triple-reinforced stress points, and 2" seatbelt reinforcing. It's available in Solid White and Solid White with Red, Blue, Green or Yellow horizontal stripes. The Mystique is NFPA 701 Certified, and is designed to withstand up to 70 mph in certain conditions.

Please see the product manual on the Item Description tab above for assembly instructions. That will give you an idea if you can assemble this or not. We do not rent tents. We only sell them. It is not available in the 30 x 40 foot size.
