Under the features for this replacement tarp, it states that the approximate dimensions are 12' W x13' L. Why is it not 10' W x 13' L and will it fit properly on my king canopy frame?

10x13 refers to the frame, the cover is slightly larger as it hangs down on the sides. If you have a 10x13 King Canopy, this will work as a replacement cover.
