Are these hook hangers included with the 8X8 rhino shed/canopy?

The ShelterLogic 30" EasyHook Anchors with Cable Clamps and Driving Rod - 4 Pack - 10036, is not included in the package of the ShelterLogic 8 x 8 Instant Storage Shed Canopy - 70423. The EasyHook Anchors are an accessory item.

No they are not. There is a screw type anchor but they are not nearly as secure as the hook anchors. I have a 10 x 10 shelter and used both the screw anchor and the hook anchors. We have had lots of snow and plenty of wind here and the shelter has not budged.

How much force and be applied to one anchor before they start pulling out of the earth or start too damage the assembly? I'm looking for something that when anchored can support up to 1000lbs of force.

These have not been tested to rate how much force than can withstand but we are fairly certain they cannot withstand that much force nor do we know of any ground anchors that would be able to withstand that amount of force.

How do I anchor this to asphalt?

This product is not intended for anchoring in asphalt. You might be interested in ShelterLogic 30" Auger Anchor - 4 Pack which has a corkscrew design that will work with asphalt.

EastHook Anchors
These are brilliant in concept and easy enough to use with the driving rod supplied. The issue I found was that the anchor heads would drive into the ground to a proper depth, but, often, would not turn horizontally to hold the anchor in place.

Easy to install with the included driving rod and does a great job keeping the shelter anchored. No issues.

easy to use and sturdy
Arrived in record time and well packaged. The steel frame and braces are sturdy and fit together easily, the directions (read them carefully) are simple and understandable. I would suggest paying attention to the admonition to have another person help...goes a lot easier. Well made and highly recommend for your storage needs.

Works!
Tried the 30" auger anchors, but the ground here in NJ is too rocky. The easy hook anchors were much easier to install. Pound them into the ground with a sledge hammer.
Proseasier to install in rocky ground than the other available anchors.
they appear to have a strong hold.

Simple to install and my shelter didn't move an inch in two hurricanes. Buying some for my next shelter.
