Undercover provides a 24-month warranty from the original purchase date that covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor does it cover damage from abuse or neglect. Both sets of walls zipper together at the edges. However, the CRS walls are on a curtain rail type system so the they can be slid from side to side like curtains and gathered at the corners.

The UC-2R10CRS is an all aluminum frame with octagonal truss bars. The frame is Lighter than the UC-3R and truss bars are much beefier. The UC-3R10CRS is a hybrid frame, aluminum legs steel truss bars.

While both companies manufacture a variety of canopies, ranging from light weight and light duty to commercial grade, Undercover is often favored due to their unique lever action leg and truss adjustment feature. You can view this in both the pictures underneath the large picture on their product pages as well as in their manual.The final decision should be based on the model of the canopy, whatever the manufacturer, but we have had many customer very happy about the ease of use of the Undercover model and their spectacular warranty services as well. All in all, I would recommend Undercover as the best choice.

If you are referring to the difference between the UC-2P and the UC-R2, the UC-R3 has a thicker top. It is 600 denier and the UC-2P has a 300 denier top.
