We would suggest the floor kit as well, found underneath in the accessories. The AK4 and AK100 anchoring kits are already included.

What do you recommend for a floor for this shed, also is the charcoal color brown or black?

This shed can be installed directly on level ground (grass, dirt, rock, sand, etc.), a wooden platform, or a concrete slab. Please do not use pressure treated lumber. The charcoal color is grey.

What type of platform should be used?

Use an Arrow Base Kit.
Pour a concrete slab.
Build a wood deck/floor (use exterior-grade plywood).
Use patio blocks.
Build on crushed gravel, dirt or grass.
Arrow provides a base kit accessory that is an option for most building sizes. If you are building a wood deck/floor, an Arrow floor frame kit on top of your deck/floor assembles in minutes and provides a floor frame suitable for a
5/8 exterior-grade plywood floor (not included). A continuous unbroken plastic vapor barrier with a thickness of 6
mil. between the ground and the building base is also recommended.

The height of the doors is a little over 5 feet so you won't be able to get the tractor into the unit. Our portable garages seem to be better suited for your needs. You can view them here
