Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Jo A.
from USA asked:
How do I keep the umbrella, including the two poles, from spinning? I've been having this issue and don't know how to fix it.
Hi Jo Anne, to prevent your Costway 15 Foot Double-Sided Patio Umbrella with Sand Bags from spinning, please ensure that the included fillable sandbags are completely filled and properly secured to the crossbar base. These sandbags are crucial for providing the necessary weight and stability against wind. We also recommend reviewing the product manual, specifically the assembly instructions, to ensure that the two poles are correctly inserted and any tightening mechanisms designed to secure them are properly utilized. You can access the manual here: Product Manual.
